Corrections, evidence, site questions and general correspondence.

We welcome useful feedback about the publication. The fastest way to help us act on a message is to tell us why you are contacting us and, when relevant, include the exact page URL.

Editorial corrections

Found a factual error, outdated study, broken citation, incorrect product detail or wording that overstates the evidence?

Please include:

  • the article or page URL;
  • the statement you believe should be reviewed;
  • the reason it may be inaccurate or outdated;
  • a source or citation when you have one.

Correction reports are reviewed against the available evidence. See our Corrections Policy for how material changes are handled.

Researchers and subject-matter experts

If you are a researcher, clinician or other subject-matter expert and want to point us to a published paper, factual issue or important interpretation problem, use the contact form and identify the relevant article.

Sending a paper does not guarantee coverage or a change in conclusion. We evaluate sources independently.

Commercial messages are kept separate from editorial decisions.

A company may send factual product information or notify us that a product has changed, but payment, affiliate availability, free products or commercial relationships do not guarantee inclusion, positive coverage or a particular conclusion.
